Do you or someone you care about need to change behaviors, feelings, or thoughts that are making everyday life difficult? I have a clinical expertise in locating and explaining the underlying source of the problem and providing you with specific, practical, and understandable feedback and support to improve your life in a manageable way. Everyone at some point in their lives could benefit from sorting through feelings and thoughts and changing some behaviors using a caring and knowledgeable professional. This process can be as brief or as extensive as you want because it is specifically tailored to your needs. I have multiple degrees, have taught at MSU, and have been in practice for years providing guidance and emotional support to adults, children, adolescents, couples and families, helping them resolve new stresses or chronic long-standing problems. Appointments can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed. I provide individual, family and relationship therapy as well as psychological testing for children, adolescents and adults regarding emotional, behavioral and personality issues. I work with the schools to help teachers understand your child's needs. I also work with physicians and psychiatrists to coordinate your therapy with any treatment you are receiving from them.
