I think of therapy as an ongoing conversation where we focus on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the concerns that bring you to therapy. You are free to speak your mind, sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will offer questions, observations, and comments to help you explore these ideas more deeply, identify patterns in behavior that are holding you back, and generate ideas about how to break free of those patterns to live a more fulfilling life. I am also an experienced doula, a professional who provides support to families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My experiences working with individuals and families as both a therapist and a doula give me a deep understanding of how people navigate changes in their lives and relationships. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to potential clients.
