I believe the therapeutic relationship is a partnership of equality. If you think talking to someone might be helpful, but are feeling unsure about "therapy," then come see me. I am a down to earth person without a lot of fancy language who is a continual learner and cherisher of people. I look forward to partnering with you whether you are facing crisis, navigating life transitions, seeking to improve relationships, or examining your life journey to determine your path for your future. Personally, I overcame the battle for my life when Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and depression brought me to my knees as a young adult. Through a holistic approach of nutrition, spirituality, exercise and counseling, I found healing. Now in the middle of my life, I continue on a journey to live authentically with deep spirituality.
