We all fall on this spectrum somewhere between where we want to be and the worst that we have been. Many times in life we are just not happy with where we are at on the spectrum, even though we may not be at our worst we still know that things could be better. Together we can figure out where you would like to be and one step at a time how to get there. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help create comfort when talking about uncomfortable topics. I encourage my clients to go as fast or as slow as they would like. Although I feel it's my job to sometimes challenge them I also understand that even making the decision to seek help is a challenge within itself.
