For more than a decade I have worked with individuals, partners and family members experiencing problems related to substance abuse. Because substance abuse impacts all aspects of a persons life, I have treated trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and pain management. I understand that addiction can be more than a problem with alcohol or drugs and includes behaviors like gambling, sex, video games, food, and shopping. I believe in the healing power of recovery and enjoy seeing families come together. If you or a family member are experiencing alcohol, drug or gambling problems I can help. Three years ago I completed training in family systems which, I believe, gives me a unique perspective on counseling. I can help you understand how your relationships are impacting your life and assist you in identifying things you would like to change.
