I have been in practice in this area for over 30 years. My interest is in adult psychotherapy from a dynamic relational perspective, dealing with the problems of everyday life (depression,anxiety, trauma and so forth)from the perspective of how a person got to be who he or she is and how that influences their coping skills. As we work together in understanding the person we look at how to make changes in areas where there are difficulties, pain, and problems.
