I have experience with assisting a diverse population of adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and trauma, as well as wide variety of emotional problems, and adjustment issues. I am trained in relationships conflicts such as couples and parenting issues. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and utilizes client-centered approach to therapy. Through establishing a compassionate and trusting relationship, I believe every individual has the power within to help him/herself to lead a better and healthier lifestyle.
