We all face challenging times at some point in our lives. Having someone who will walk with us on the journey to find the answers we need without passing judgement is essential to our recovery and healing. I will be that person for you. I believe, deep down, we all have these answers inside us, but situations and circumstances can cloud our view making it difficult to find them. Utilizing a client-centered approach, I will help clear away the clouds and help you discover what is best for you. I have a specialization in mental health. This provides me the ability to utilize various techniques that most counselors cannot. I am well trained in treating anxiety having spent most of my research hours studying it and how it affects us. I have worked with adolescents for over 20 years. I believe that there is no "golden" technique when it comes to treating a client. I strive to mold my practice to your needs incorporating an approach that looks to the person as a whole and not just specific symptoms.
