Life can be difficult and sometimes we are faced with situations that we just can't handle on our own. I believe that therapy is a cooperative process that requires a strong,trusting relationship between a client and the therapist. I provide a safe,supportive,non-judgemental environment for you to explore personal issues, dilemmas, and concerns in a professional setting. Therapy can be used to address problems as well as existential concerns, dreams, fears, and life transitions. I work with people of all races, cultures, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I have a history of working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of contexts. I am highly attuned to grace and loss and can help you navigate through painful, emotional terrain at a comfortable pace. My clients gain self-confidence and enhanced capacity to connect with others I specialize in working with adults and young adults in a one-to-one or group settings. I work with people on issues that include:stress, anxiety, depression, mental illness, anger, perfectionism,relationship problems, family conflicts, multicultural issues,self-esteem, addiction, and parenting challenges.
