I have built my practice around the motto of hope. I believe strongly in creating a culture of hope with every client I see. The fact that you are searching for a therapist to share your journey toward wellness tells me that you are working hard to walk in hope. This shows that you are already attempting to reach a destination of being the healthiest possible person that you can be. It is my desire to help you learn the skills and have the tools you need in order to be as mentally and emotionally healthy as you can be. The most common cases I have involve depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD and more. I do not feel limited in the cases I am willing to accept because I work hard to meet you where you are and to work along side of you to help you find healthy change. If you have tried therapy before, but never found the right connection with your therapist take heart. I work hard to make the atmosphere inviting and our interaction genuine. Therapy can be hard work, but it is easier when you have the right person beside you cheering you on.
