The decision to come to therapy isn't always an easy one. That's why I think that my clients are some of the strongest individuals out there. I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to live a happy, enjoyable, purpose filled life. Too often, life's ups and downs wear on us, break us down, and shake us up. It's my job to help my clients get back on track. Whether that be talking out old problems, applying new coping skills, or just learning to relax. I have a lot experience dealing with anxiety and depressive issues. I work with my clients to help them to rewrite their story, redefine themselves, and develop who they want to become.
