No one wants to have emotional pain, or struggle with anxiety or depression. We all want to have healthy relationships and desire to feel content and loved. At some point, however, we all experience pain due to grief, tragedy or some unforeseen circumstance. I'm here to tell you there's hope, peace and understanding within your grasp. I'm not saying it's simple or easy to face pain, but success is possible and achievable. Life's journey can be filled with happiness and a sense of fulfillment but continued growth and the willingness to challenge one's self is always a prerequisite. I've worked with families, adolescents and children for over 20 years. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Limited Licensed Psychologist and Family Life Educator. For me, counseling is more than a career, it's a calling. Together we'll develop purposeful goals and define what tools will be needed to achieve your success.
