I view life as a story that can be changed at any time; my role as your counselor is to journey alongside of you to help you get to a healthy and content starting place for your next chapter of life. I work primarily from a CBT background, but choose from many different theories and techniques in order to best complement the needs of each individual client. I look forward to meeting with you and helping you to change your story! I am on track for certification in the treatment of Eating Disorders with iaedp. I believe in a team treatment approach for all clients battling ED. Eating disorders CAN BE OVERCOME! I encourage you to take the first step to defeating your ED. I am an ordained minister as well as a licensed therapist. Anyone who wants faith incorporated in their treatment can have it. I believe faith informs every aspect of life, even when we do not profess a certain belief system. I would welcome the opportunity to help you discover the spiritual side of your struggles.
