I am best suited to work with individuals who are experiencing a barrier which is limiting their ability to meet their full potential. Regardless if that barrier is a behavior, or attention problem experienced by a child, a history of trauma, current relationship issue, or perhaps a lack of satisfaction with health or career. The goal of therapy is to help others to move closer to achieving their fullest potential and to begin living the life that they envision for themselves. I am a client centered, skilled, and creative therapist who is passionate about helping others in achieving that goal. I have extensive knowledge working with children who have experienced trauma, and those exhibiting symptoms of ADHD, and other behavioral issues that are preventing them from meeting their maximum potential. I also have a proven track record for working with adults who are coping with trauma, grief, and/or loss. My job is to provide assistance to you in obtaining the goals set for yourself and/or your family members. As a client, you will always be the center of my work. I am a creative therapist who is open to utilizing multiple approaches to best meet your needs.
