I grew up in a very large family and learned at a young age what mental health issues looked like. I believe in being present in the here and now and allowing my clients the opportunity to fully express their emotions in a safe environment. I have my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. My background in academic training includes clinical assessments, counseling, psychopharmacology, psychopathology, individual/group therapy, and professional ethics. I completed my Internship at The Women's Center of Southeastern Michigan. I work full time at Oakland Psychological Clinic, and have morning and evening appointments available.
