I focus on my clients' issues and concerns by building a good rapport with each one as well as working together with the client, and helping the client to identify their triggers. I specialize in trauma and crisis where I work with the client on their behavior by exploring their past and being very careful to not retraumatize the clients. I have available a sandbox that the clients can use which helps them to better tell their story. Most of my clients are visual so I tend to use a lot of visual aides such as white broad and Flip charts.
