I provide a warm, safe and confidential environment for individuals to explore life's challenges and to create positive changes promoting healing in their life. I focus on client strengths and their goals, including life review and giving them tools for handling conflict, communication, anxiety, and problem-solving. Gaining my clinical experience at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital on the Pain and Palliative Team; I worked with individuals and families in crisis. My professional experience also includes assisting families with children diagnosed with emotional impairments, behavioral issues and autism. Currently, I work through Henry Ford Health Systems supporting individuals facing emotional and spiritual distress when diagnosed with a life threatening illness. When life feels overwhelming and decision making becomes difficult, finding a place to explore your feelings can be the first step towards a happy and balanced life. I love my work and feel privileged to be able to share the journeys of my clients.
