My specialities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Substance Abuse,Teenage Adolescence Counseling, Relationship Counseling and Motivational Therapy. I am particularly passionate working with adolescents and teens helping them understand their feelings, which in turn improves their behavior and relationships with others. I have extensive training and experience working with teens, which I have gained working at the Juvenile Intervention Center in St. Clair County. Additionally, I enjoy helping individuals with substance abuse problems better understand their problems and create guidance and change, so that they can live fulfilling and meaningful lives. My mission is to provide counseling that empowers, educates and guides individuals so that they can enrich their emotional, behavioral and mental health. I believe that all human capabilities can be developed and that all humans are capable of growth and change.
