I work to establish relationships with clients which provide the security to explore and gain insight. Then I help clients develop skills to deal more effectively with specific challenges. And I encourage people to focus on their strengths, not just their problems. In addition to individual therapy, I see many couples since I'm not only a Fully Licensed Psychologist, but also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Sex Therapist. Since I am in solo practice, my office is very private. The decor is warm and comfortable.
