Why struggle alone? Possibly you have been feeling anxious, depressed, or suffered grief or loss. Maybe you have been having difficulties in your marital, peer and work/school relationships. As your therapist I offer support as you overcome struggles and allow a safe environment for you to uncover your strengths and your journey toward self-awareness, and positive change in your life. I obtained my counseling degree in 2006. I have worked with adolescents, teens, and adults working through grief, depression, anxiety, and other life stressors. In a therapeutic relationship I hope to empower my clients to realize their strengths, strengthen their weaknesses, enhance communication skills and offer other coping strategies for positive outcomes.
