Depression, anxiety, overeating, addictions, obsessive compulsive disorders and many bi-polar disorders are the after effects of unresolved emotional pain inherited from family pain. These problems are usually too much for one to solve on one's own. I have experience in EMDR and EFT that enable the client to make progress more quickly.
