For the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of helping people of all ages through challenges, make changes, and heal from difficult experiences. Clients experience success as a result of strategies that feel supportive, effective, and empowering. Clients often comment on looking forward to their appointments because the environment I provide makes them feel understood, respected, and never judged, which is the most important thing to me to provide, as a therapist. Asking for help can be difficult and takes courage. I admire anyone willing to explore therapy as an opportunity for growth and healing. My work typically focuses on challenges with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, family issues, self-esteem, PTSD, and many others. I'm also EMDR trained and often use this intervention for treating the above issues, as clients report it as being more helpful than other things they've tried. As a therapist who works with children, adults, families, and couples, I'm empathetic to the challenges life presents to all of us at various ages. My goal is to help determine the roots of these challenges to provide interventions and strategies that create long-lasting, effective results.
