I enjoy working with individuals and families across the life span. I support children (even infants) and families as they navigate challenges that arise in order to work toward healthy relationships with the self, family and others. Play therapy and Sand Tray World Play are effective modalities I use when working with children. I work with adolescent girls and women struggling with anxiety, depression, mood/bipolar, trauma, and the desire to find optimal emotional well-being. Perinatal adjustment and mood disorders are a passion of mine. Issues of trauma, anxiety, parenting, divorce/co-parenting, and adoption are meaningful areas of my practice for both genders. My practice focuses on psychotherapeutic integration. I am devoted to gentle, attachment-based/relational way of engaging with clients around goals. I draw heavily on CBT and mindfulness practices. Infant Mental Health Therapy, attachment and early trauma concepts, EMDR Training, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Filial Therapy, Sand Tray World Play, and divorce and co-parenting.
