Asking for help is sometimes the toughest thing to do. You are halfway there and I commend you! There is no shame in looking to better yourself and your situation. Depression, anxiety, and relationship issues are not easy to endure and as a trained and empathetic Psychotherapist I am here to help and walk with you on your journey to emotional and mental health. I work with Adolescents and Adults struggling with, but not limited to, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Relationship Issues, Family Conflict, Parenting Issues, Adjustment Issues, and Women's Health and Well-being. I have an interactive approach and work with clients to promote and enable personal growth, self-awareness, empowerment and emotional well-being. Every person is a unique individual, there is no "one way" to approach a problem. With this in mind, I work with clients to set individual/personal therapy goals. I offer a safe space for clients to explore feelings, learn about themselves, including self-acceptance, and new ways of coping. All Michigan Limited Licensed Psychologists practice under supervision. My supervisor is Gail Starks, PhD.
