My approach is family systems and psychodynamically oriented which means I value your early life relationships and how those experiences impact your current relationships and behaviors. I specialize in the integration of Christian spirituality & theology with psychology. I have over a decade of experience working with issues such as: Religious Wounds, Wellness and Health, Spiritual Development/Crisis of Faith, Perfectionism, Depression & Anger, Childhood Neglect; the invisible wound, Inner Critic work, Forgiveness (of self and others), Work/Life Balance, Decisions/Discernment, Life Transitions, Bereavement/Grief, and Body Image/Disordered Eating.
