Many people struggle with challenges and have the idea that "I should be able to handle this myself". This often leads to frustration and negative feelings. If this sounds familiar, I am happy to partner with you to help you learn more adaptive ways to deal with your concerns. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I can help offer a different perspective, other approaches, and new "tools" to help you overcome the struggles. I am a Clinical Psychologist with subspecialty training in treatment of Depression and Anxiety issues, Neuropsychology, Geriatric Psychology, Fertility issues, Weight Management, Chronic Pain and Progressive Neurological Diseases. I also conduct psychological evaluations for clarification of diagnosis, pre-surgical evaluations for Bariatric and Pain Pump implants. I have both daytime and evening hours. Appointments can be made by calling the office number and the office staff will help with gathering basic information, verifying your insurance, deductibles and copays and make appointments.
