As a relational therapist, I work with individuals, couples, children, and families to address current and/or past struggles that are causing stress. To address stress or crisis, therapy offers a way to learn new skills or enhance skills you may already have in order to improve day to day life. I believe in a collaboration client-therapist relationship, where the individual is the expert on their life experiences and I offer a safe space to explore those experiences. I specialize in families in crisis, family relationship issues, and trauma. I currently have weekend availability.
