My deepest belief is that we posses an inborn ability to heal, no matter what challenges we have experienced. My approach to therapy is warm-hearted, compassionate, intuitive, and collaborative. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and transformation, and that we are equipped with the inner resources to do so. Once these resources are awakened, we are able to discover our true nature, regain balance, and return to wholeness. I acknowlede the importance of all levels of being in the healing process: body, mind, spirit, and emotion (while taking into account each individual's spiritual beliefs). After working in main stream mental health for years, I realized the need for a holistic approach. I studied ancient wisdom, eastern medicine, and alternative healing approaches which led me to my current education as a PhD student of transpersonal psychology in Sofia University's global hybrid program. I am the primary outpatient therapist at Bear River Health, a holistic addiction treatment center, and also offer intensive outpatient services. In addition to addiction treatment, I provide outpatient therapy to individuals in the area experiencing a wide range of challenges.
