You're taking an important step to increase your well-being. I work with adults facing grief and difficult life transitions such as: death, trauma, divorce or health changes. Grief is not a disease, however, anxiety and/or depression may develop for a multitude of reasons. Sometimes, previous trauma, abuse and neglect contribute to unresolved loss. I strive to meet you where you are at and journey with you in your time. With support, you can find a new normal and a sense of hope, healing, peace and acceptance. I specialize in grief and loss because I want folks to know there is hope in the midst of darkness and chaos. A client once said, "I didn't know grief would feel this way." My hope is that you let yourself be supported. By request I offer Christian Counseling and Twelve Step Recovery Counseling. Sliding scale fees are available based on need.
