I have enjoyed doing counseling with a variety of clients for 17 years. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and use solution focused therapy as well as other treatment modalities to assist clients in the full development of self. I believe in teaching the client how to use coping skills such as mindfulness and cognitive restructuring. My intension is that clients learn to live a healthy, balanced, chemical free life. My ideal client is one who is ready to be committed to the process of freeing themselves from their past traumas and participating in loving, healthy relationships. I specialize in the healing of the whole self. I combine the use of many treatment modalities to help the client discover their own solutions and empower themselves.
