Making the decision to seek help for one's emotional or relationship difficulties is a courageous decision and one that is not made lightly. Many people who have sought my assistance have shared with me their fear and uncertainty they have felt at first to be sitting with a complete stranger as they begin to share their struggles, pain, and problems. My aim is to offer you a place where you can begin to feel safe, develop trust and share your struggles so that together we may begin to understand them and develop solutions that will help you improve your life. In my practice over the past 15 years, I have been privileged to help couples/partners, adults, adolescents, and children improve self esteem, relationships, and increase success at work and school. We do this together by working to resolve the problems that get in the way and keep you from being as successful as possible.
