My job is not to tell you which choices to make, but to help you discover your own natural ability to know which paths are right for you using techniques we decide on together that will help you become more content, less stressed, or whatever it is you are struggling with now. I believe we all sometimes need someone to give us a new perspective, to challenge us, to help us actualize our best qualities and guide us to better life decisions. Change isn't always easy, but it always helps to feel you have someone in your corner. At Michigan Modern Psychology, we strive to help you improve your life through improving your relationships, your own personal sense of well-being, and how you cope with your past, present, and future.
