I have had extensive training in Relationship Difficulties, Couple and Family Therapy with a focus on Family Systems, Postpartum Depression, Toxic Relationships, Step-families, Divorce, Forgiveness Therapy, and Multicultural Issues within Families; in addition, the common problems that accompany these issues such as depression, anxiety, codependency, and addictions. Furthermore, I have comprehensive training in Crisis Intervention with a focus on Domestic Violence, Trauma, Adult and Child Abuse, and Suicide. My mission is to help individuals, couples, and families in crisis, as well as assist them in discovering lasting peace, healing, and serenity through therapeutic avenues. I help to restore a healthy life balance through traditional, researched-based therapies with a focus on one's physical, mental, and emotional potential.
