I have been providing counseling services to children, adolescents and adults for over 14 years. I am deeply committed to helping them navigate life's stressors and crises. Often we are unhappy because of things occuring in our lives that we believe are out of our control. I believe in empowering people to make the changes necessary to lead happier and more fulfillling lives. I specialize in working with depression and anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum issues, post-traumatic stress disorders, and eating disorders as well as many others.
