I am a licensed mental health therapist in private practice geographically located in Indianapolis and Fishers, Indiana. My focus is a mind/body/spirit approach with a background in ayurveda and spiritual training. I have developed a program to recover the operating system of the sub-conscious mind to relieve clients of emotional distress related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, etc. This process begins the release of old patterns of thought and decision making which produce the by-products of distress in the emotional body.
