I am a child and family therapist with 15 years experience who is passionate about helping parents and children connect and enjoy each other. I specialize in all areas of early parenting including prenatal, postpartum, young children and their families. I am endorsed as an infant mental health therapist and have extensive experience working with many different concerns including behavioral challenges, sleep, anxiety and mood/emotional regulation issues. I have also had significant training and experience working with childhood trauma in both children and adults. In addition to using a relationship based approach, I utilize many different therapies that include but are not limited to play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and infant mental health.
