Are you struggling with something in your life or looking for a way to cope with anxiety, depression, or stress? This is the first step in order to address the difficulties you are struggling with and together we will work to cope with these things. I strive to create a safe, comfortable environment while we create a therapeutic relationship, which leads to a path of self discovery and self-awareness. I work with individuals of all ages dealing with a variety of things such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, autism, relationship problems, self-esteem, and mood disorders. I also conduct educational/psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults to aid in the diagnosis of ADHD, learning disorders, and psychological disorders. When working with children, I place a strong emphasis on working with parents in the child's treatment plan. I am able to consult with multiple professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
