At SBC it is our goal to help you find yourself again and to become as happy and peaceful as you can be. Many are struggling to help a loved one; parent a difficult child or teen; grieve a loss; save their marriage; make important life decisions; cope with financial hardship; job loss; daily physical pain or issues related to sexuality. Our therapy is client and goal centered. We will work with you to set goals that you would like to achieve. We then work together with you to accomplish these goals through specific solutions. We work with schools, physicians and psychiatrists as needed to give you comprehensive care. We are here to help you get relief from the symptoms that are burdening you and causing you stress in your life. We are also here to help you in your relationships. We know it is not easy to reach out for help, but when you do we are here.
