I offer my clients a way back to functioning independently and living the lives that they would like to live. People struggling with depression or anxiety need a therapist who is proficient in effective, evidence-based treatment methods so that they can begin to enjoy their lives again. With advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am uniquely able to work with clients suffering with a variety of mental health problems. I look forward to working with you in a collaborative, caring and respectful partnership and helping you to accomplish your goals. After graduating from Indiana University School of Social Work, I attended two year-long trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. One of these trainings was at the Beck Institute where I studied with Drs. Aaron and Judith Beck. These experiences inform my practice and inspire me to keep current on the most effective psychotherapeutic methods.
