My goal is to help clients achieve improved functioning as quickly as possible. I believe the most powerful transformation comes from a combination of neurofeedback training and traditional counseling techniques. This combination provides the opportunity to both optimize brain functioning and gain insight into the behaviors or issues that trouble you. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with an MSW degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University. I completed neurofeedback training at the Institute for Applied Neuroscience in Asheville, NC. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals.
