As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I will help you navigate through difficult life transitions and regain your best sense of self. I have successfully met the professional counseling standards established by the National Board for Certified Counselors and in so doing have earned recognition as a National Certified Counselor. My practice is focused on adults, couples, and children age 6 and up. I have extensive experience treating people with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, parenting challenges, post-partum depression, disabilities, and substance abuse/dependence disorders. Therapy is provided on an individual, family and couples basis. Treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. Additionally, I provide LLPC supervision to Counselors wishing to obtain their LPC license.
