Life brings many opportunities and challenges. The therapeutic process is meant to navigate life's challenges and take full advantage of the opportunities so we can live the lives we want. I have 7 years in the mental health field working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational and adjustment issues. I believe the therapy in a process and that process can get one through the challenges of life. My goal is to get you to the place you want to be to live the life you want and deserve. I have experience in working with adults and families on relational and behavioral concerns. I have worked with persons with disabilities and life altering conditions. I have a certificate if career counseling and can assist in finding a new career that works for you. I also have experience in dealing with family of origin issues.
