In the past twenty-plus years, I have had the privilege of working as a psychotherapist with clients who are struggling with the aftermath of traumatic events, anxiety and depression. I offer clients a variety of approaches to clear the way to become all that they were created to be. I love working with pre-teen, teen and young women who are trying to figure out how to thrive in our present culture while being who they truly are. Those struggling with second stage recovery issues are frequent clients as well. Looking for solutions? Call me. I am trained in six different modalities for treating traumas from growing up in abusive or addictive family systems to suffering the aftermath of an accident.
