I studied Sociology at the University of Minnesota where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Continuing my education at Lakeland College I earned a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling and K-12 School Counseling. My professional focus is helping individuals and families cope with crisis and unmanageable emotions. I am CAMS trained and have work experience as a crisis counselor and as a psychotherapist on a state licensed behavioral health unit. Furthering my commitment to the community I am a board member for Mental Health America in Sheboygan County, a representative for the Mental Health Committee of Healthy Sheboygan County 2020.
