I am a licensed psychotherapist and have spent the last seven years dedicated to working with children and families. I have been providing direct service as a helping professional for the last sixteen years in Florida, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. I provide treatment for emotional and behavioral difficulties including specialized individual treatment with young children, teens, and adults for a variety of issues ranging from depression to ADHD. In my daily practice, I integrate various traditional modalities of treatment including individual, group, and family psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems, while maintaining a holistic approach. This includes working to promote success, harmony, and balance through art therapy, guided imagery, meditation, and mindfulness practice. My ultimate goal is to work to help improve the overall quality of life... to empower patient's to recognize their inner most strengths... and to enhance insight into what changes they would like to make in order to feel more content.
