Comprehensive Services for Children and Families Milestones Behavioral Health Solutions is a multidisciplinary clinic offering evidence-based treatment for adults, children, and families. We accept Medicaid (Fee for Service), Medicare, Amerigroup and Smart Choice. Our caring team of clinicians provides medication management, testing, therapy and wraparound services for adults and children. We offer services in our treatment facility, in your home, and in the community. We also have new evening and weekend hours! We believe that each person is unique and the "one size fits all" treatment model does not work for most families. We strive to provide the best services for all of our clients and we will work with your insurance company to get the treatment you need. Our Services Medication Management with a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist; Psychological, Psycho-educational, and Neuropsychological testing with one of our licensed psychologists; Individual and Family Therapy with our specially trained staff; Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, including Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and Basic Skills Training (BST); Case Management; Anger Management, Social Skills, Women's Support, and other therapy groups. Our Mission Milestones Behavioral Health Solutions was developed to expand the services offered in Dr. Jessica Browning's private practice. Dr. Browning has worked with children and families for over ten years, providing testing and therapy to individuals with a wide range of clinical concerns. As Clinical Director of Milestones, she has brought together a caring, compassionate, and energetic group of clinicians with experience and expertise in areas ranging from Autism Spectrum Disorder, Substance Abuse, Geriatric Psychology, Child and Adolescent Behavior, Foster Care, Trauma / PTSD, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Couples Therapy. Our child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist is psychoanalytically trained, offering a wealth of knowledge about medication as well as psychotherapy. Our Director of Family Services will help families navigate Medicaid and other services in the community. Our Office Manager works diligently to help families get the services they need. At Milestones, we work together as a team to provide the highest quality of care, in a warm and welcoming environment.
