When we feel disconnected from ourselves and relationships, it can seem like everything in life is out of balance. My mission is to help suffering individuals, disconnected couples, hurting families, angry kids, and everyone else who is trying to make life work and reestablish long-lasting, loving connections that will renew and enhance their lives. I help guide individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families to relational wholeness. I seek to create an environment where people can be themselves, knowing that relationships are built on trust, hope and love. We will work together to: create renewed love, connection and pleasure in your relationships; learn to communicate effectively and live life authentically; make your relationships feel stronger and safer so you can feel more confident and satisfied. I am pleased to offer flexible scheduling for office appointments, in-home therapy, and community based counseling services. I accept clients with Medicaid and cash payments. I provide therapy services for depression, anxiety, anger management, relationship skills, and conflict resolution for families, couples, individuals, children, adolescents and groups.
