I work with a wholeness of health, beleiving that people are multifaceted, cannot simply be fixed like a machine and ultimately have the answers within themselves to find healthy peace of mind, hope, and love. My work includes discussing current issues/problems before moving into the past and discovering themes which have decreased personal health and peace of mind. We then will look at these themes for reshaping thoughts towards a healthier future starting with current events. Play Therapy utilizes these concepts for clients unable to speaks about their issues. I look forward to helping guide you on your journey. I offer therapeutic techniques such as: TFT, EMDR, CISM, DBT, Trauma Informed and Art therapy. I am registered in Play therapy/Supervisor and certified in Sandplay. I continue to discover, train and learn techniques which increase greater health in all aspects of life including the body, mind and soul. I have been trained in many facets of health. I have studied physical health and Spirituality include The Ken-Yu Mountain Academy of Shaolin Kung Fu in Yan Tai, China, Center of Aditudinal Healing in Saucilito, CA, along with the graduate and undergraduate schools I have attended.
