I give personalized therapy in Northwest Arkansas. I will not shuffle you in and out of the office. You are more important than that. I listen & accept you as you are. You will be free from judgment. You may or may not know what brings you to therapy. We can talk to better understand. My approach is integrated. I have experience in a variety of approaches to understand people & problems. I consider your needs & select techniques best suited for you. I hope to help you better understand yourself & others; help improve your quality of life & make decisions courageously; facilitate spiritual wisdom & growth. I provide individual and family therapy. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, family conflicts, abuse, trauma, grief and loss, spiritual issues, divorce, and adoption adjustments. I have experience with multiculturalism and honor individuals. I'm an adoptive mom. I did the best I could with the information available at the time. I wish I knew what I know now. I've learned postive methods based on development, to help heal children. Families blossom. I'm committed to this developmental appoach to help others.
