We work with individuals, couples and families with various needs. Our focus is in anxiety management, fear elimination, sexual issues, sexual assault recovery, military veterans issues, and relationship struggles. We have a unique program for Anger Management which is intensive. We focus on empowering our clients.. We incorporate hypnosis and guided imagery to facilitate stress reduction and change. Clients have various factors which bring them to therapy. Therefore, an integrated model is used to meet individual needs. We are proud to be Military Moms. We are aware of unique struggles associated with military life. We work to decrease stress and help with all phases of transition.
